Our normal business hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday central (Texas) time. Most of the time we are closed for lunch from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Our normal sales office hours for phone orders and information are from 8:30AM to 11:30 AM Monday to Friday. Other hours by chance.

Generally we don't take phone calls in the afternoon if we are behind in processing orders. We are doing our best to keep up with the orders, but when we fall behind, the orders in the works take priority over the acceptance of new orders.

Our answering machine is set to answer only, and not to take any messages. The answering machine is turned on in the afternoons and is generally off at all the other times.  If we are out of town or closed for some reason, the answering machine message will indicate what our actions are.

To write us an email using our automatic system click contact us and a blank form comes up where you can type in what you would like to write about. When you click continue, the message will automatically be emailed to us. This form is also used for request for quotes, additional information, status of an order, and ordering special or custom made products not listed in our shopping cart.
