Back Orders
Unfortunately back orders will occur from time to time. Sometimes the products are difficult to get or we simply sold out of the product before we could replenish the inventory of those items. Back orders will be held for approximately 30 days. If the product is back in stock AFTER 30 days, we will contact the customer to ask if the item is still needed.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, and Checks drawn on a USA Bank. There will be a $15 charge for wire transfers. We also accept Paypal. For more information, click on the PayPal logo:
Sales Tax
A 7.25% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Colorado.

Foreign Orders
We cannot and will not indicate a lower cost on any customs forms. We will indicate the actual cost and basic description of the order that the customer is purchasing. It is against our government laws for us to falsify the value of a shipment so the customer will perhaps pay less duty or taxes. If this policy is unacceptable, we can ship your order to someone else or another address designated by the customer here in the USA and that person can ship the order to the customer.

Handling Charge
You can order online with our shopping cart or contact us directly. There is a $5 low order feed for orders less then $9.95. The shipping of paint does NOT require a hazardous fee charge.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are applied to all orders. We ship by US Postal Service using Priority Mail. Orders sent to Canada are sent by US Mail Air Parcel or Air Mail Letter Post, whichever is less. The shipping charges presented after the order has been selected and placed in the shopping cart are only estimates. Each item ordered has an individual weight, but when those items are combined with other items and the weight of the shipping container and internal packing is added, the total shipping weight and cost may be different than what is shown on the completed order form. Insurance cost and COD fees are not factored into the shipping costs presented. The additional cost for insurance is a small amount and in most orders we pay for the insurance cost but not COD fees.

Special Orders
Please Contact Us to arrange for special orders. It would be helpful for us if you let us know how you are going to use the item ordered. If it a special paint color, tell us what kind of model, what size, what type of covering will be used, what kind of primer will be used, will it be sprayed on or brushed, and any other information you can share with us. This information will help us make sure you are getting the correct quantity of paint and that the primer is compatible with our paint.
